
Hummus is definitely one of my favorite snack foods. Usually I’ll go ahead and buy the prepared stuff from the grocery store, but more recently I’ve been anxious to try some new flavors (I’ve literally tried every variation available!!)
When you make hummus at home you’ll see that it takes some time to get it just perfect – I like mine to be super smooth, a little bit of lemon and with a touch of cumin. This one uses a heavier tahini base (which I usually don’t love). It helps balance the smooth dip with the earthiness of the mushrooms. Yum!!
