I love this lavender & pear combo – it’s so smooth and pretty, and with the touch of honey it’s also perfectly sweetened. You can make your own pear puree using this recipe or you can opt to buy some at the grocery store (Goya and Ceres make great options). If you want to make this brunch-friendly, you can swap out the vodka for a little bit more bubbly and make a big batch for a pitcher of drinks.
2 ounces pear puree
1 ounce vodka
½ ounce lavender honey simple syrup
champagne or prosecco to top
Add the pear puree, vodka and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. Top with champagne and stir gently before serving.
