Raspberry & Honey Bellini

October 3, 2011

in Champagne & Prosecco

Long night? This is the perfect cocktail to brighten up your morning! You want to make sure you get out all the seeds before serving.

1 tablespoon Raspberry and Honey Puree

Prosecco or Champagne to top

Add the puree to a champagne flute. Top with the prosecco or champagne and swirl lightly with a spoon before serving.

I love to use this as a centerpiece. I am planning a simple cocktail party for girlfriends-get-together…Not really a big bunch but I am planning to use small tables, and this will be perfect. I’m planning mostly finger foods and cocktails (most of them are on a diet anyway…)This is awesome. Thank you so much for posting this.

So glad you like it! I love bubbly drinks for girly brunches – like you said a centerpiece on its own, amazingly delish & practically effortless!
Enjoy!!

Do you add frozen raspberries in addition to the puree?

Nope! Just the puree & champagne will give it the raspberry flavor. You can add a few for garnish, though
