I love this fun, easy play on the classic lemon drop cocktail. The infused vodka is so easy to make and doesn’t have that overwhelming perfume-like flavor that herbal vodka can get. It plays so well with the tartness & acidity of the lemon juice and also happens to be subtle enough for everyone to love. I like to rim this with some Rosemary Sugar just to tie it all together! You should consider doubling the recipe if you’re using a big martini glass.

1 teaspoon rosemary sugar or regular white granulated sugar
1 ounce rosemary infused vodka
¾ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce limoncello

Rim your cocktail glass with the rosemary sugar if desired. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and mix well. Strain into glass with a julep strainer to keep out as many rosemary bits as possible. Cheers!

Look at this drink. This is something I could definitely enjoy sipping on. Love the addition of a rosemary infused vodka.
THANK YOU for not calling this drink a martini just because it is in a matrini glass.
Looks wonderful, and I will save it and serve it to my guests.
Aloha!
I have been making my own limoncello for quite some time and love the idea of infusing vodka with rosemary and then making a Lemon Drop! I’m headed to a party tomorrow night and will bring along all the fixin’s and once again show friends a new and great adult beverage!
Mahalo for the great inspiration!
