Such a great summer drink to mix up for your barbecue this weekend! Adjust the recipe and make a big pitcher without the vodka and add the booze as you serve – kids will love it too! The lavender flavor is light and fragrant, but you can add more syrup or leave in the buds for a heavier essence. So easy, so pretty, so yum!
¼ cup lavender simple syrup
¼ cup lemon juice
1 ½ ounces vodka
1 cup sparkling water
Gently stir all ingredients over ice and serve.
